Michael Thomas is a Master Butcher who has been making sausages since his days as a Saturday boy, some 40 years ago!
Over those years Michael has developed an understanding for the quality ingredients, the cuts of pork and fresh herbs and spices, that are required to create tasty award winning sausages.
Michael's wife, Sandra Darling, is an experienced cook, with a flare for flavours. Working together for over 10 years they have experimented and created some classic and innovative sausages.
Culminating in their developing 'The Malmesbury King' from their small butcher/deli shop in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
Britain's Best Sausage
The Malmesbury King sausage was chosen as Britain's Best Sausage in a competition held by Country Life Magazine.
All sausages from The King Sausage Company are made fresh daily and packed in sealed trays. The King Sausage Company sausages are available to buy online.
They are then packed in a secure polystyrene box with an ice sheet with will keep your sausages in perfect condition during transit.
The skins used for the sausages are natural so it is recommended that they are cooked in oven for apx 30 mins at gas 4/180°C, turning at least once. They are equally great on the BarBQ, pre cook in the oven as above for 20 mins then just finish off on the BarBQ.
Sausage delivery is by I-Post excluding weekends.
